1. Check your model and its scale
The calculator accepts up to five files of 50 MB each. Confirm that the displayed dimensions match your needs: an incorrect unit can turn a small part into something too large for the printer. A 3MF assembly is measured as a whole.
Make sure you have permission to manufacture the design. A downloadable model does not necessarily allow every commercial use.
2. Choose a process and material
FDM deposits filament and suits many enclosures, brackets and prototypes. MSLA resin is useful for shapes with small details. Choose according to function, heat exposure, loads and the surface you need.
Material, quantity, infill and finishing affect pricing. Infill alone does not guarantee strength: geometry and orientation also matter.
3. Review the price and place your order
Add your model to the calculator, select options and review the total before secure payment. Complex parts and some processes require a reviewed quote. Automatic pricing availability depends on the configuration.
MadeToFit manufactures in Cowansville in Québec’s Eastern Townships and offers delivery within Canada. The stated estimate is generally 7–9 business days for processing and delivery; technical review can change that estimate.
Does the part need to fit another component?
Describe contact surfaces, critical dimensions and the clearance you need. Automatic volume and dimension checks do not identify every thin wall or tolerance problem. Choose the technical-part request when your design needs review before manufacturing.
