MadeToFit — product expertise

Forge 1.0 · MadeToFit

Describe your part. Explore a 3D draft.

Have an idea, a broken part or an object to adapt, but no 3D file? Forge 1.0 is MadeToFit’s AI workshop for describing your needs, sharing references and working towards a model draft.

Early access · AI in development · Drafts need verification

Two ways to start

Parts mode helps explore repair, reproduction and adaptation. Describe function and known measurements; photos or a video can help clarify the request.

Free creation starts with a photo or an idea to explore an object. Choose the starting point that suits your project in the workshop.

Create, review and adjust

Talk to the assistant, inspect the 3D preview when a draft is available and request adjustments. Always compare important dimensions, mating surfaces and clearances.

Forge 1.0 is in early access. Results may need correction; generated geometry is not a technical validation. You can request help from a technician.

Move from a model to print on demand

When your creation has a usable model, continue to the printing workflow. Review the file, select available options and see pricing or request a reviewed quote according to the project.

Already have an STL or 3MF? Use our online 3D printing service directly. You can order online; physical manufacturing and delivery take additional time.

Manufactured in Québec, delivered within Canada

MadeToFit manufactures in Cowansville in the Eastern Townships. The choice between FDM and MSLA resin depends on geometry and use. Check available options, pricing and requirements before payment.

Your workshop creations and files remain private. This page describes the service; creation records are accessed in your signed-in workspace.

Common questions

Do I need a 3D file to start?

No. Begin by describing your requirements and known dimensions. References may be needed to clarify the geometry.

Can I order a print of the model?

The workflow offers printing access when a model is available. Check dimensions and feasibility first; some parts need review.

Is Forge a 3D scanning service?

A photo or video reference is not a dimensional scan. Discuss the dedicated scanning or reverse-engineering service with MadeToFit when needed.
