The Forge service
Forge helps design and revise digital drafts. A model may be approximate, incomplete or require review. Physical fidelity, reconstruction accuracy and fitness for a technical use are not guaranteed. Check dimensions, files and intended use before manufacturing.
Individuals and businesses
The displayed subscriptions are for personal use. Commercial use of Forge is available by custom quote only: contact MadeToFit to agree on scope, energy allowance, price and terms. A quote request creates no subscription or payment obligation.
Plans and payment
One free trial per account: 300 credits, corresponding to USD 3 of reference usage budget. Essentiel: 500 credits for CAD 19.90 per month. Créateur: 1,250 credits for CAD 49.90 per month. Pro: 2,500 credits for CAD 99.90 per month. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus taxes. Stripe shows taxes and the total before confirmation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing anniversary until cancelled. The accepted summary and invoices specify the plan and period.
Energy and limits
Credits are non-tradable service units with no monetary value. They do not correspond to a guaranteed number of parts or successful models. One credit corresponds to USD 0.01 of reference usage budget, not a cash payment or a withdrawal right. The trial is one-time and does not renew. Paid credits are allocated per monthly cycle, do not roll over and do not stack with the remaining trial. No paid overage is automatically billed. The meter shows the percentage and credits available after confirmed usage and pending reservations. A reservation protects the cost of work in progress; if its cost remains unknown, it is not made available without settlement evidence. Pending tracking is not an exact balance.
OpenAI access by plan
Trial: OpenAI is limited to USD 2 of cumulative usage and 40 calls per account, with no automatic renewal. With a confirmed paid subscription, OpenAI uses the plan’s actual available energy: 500, 1,250 or 2,500 credits per period. The trial’s USD 2 cap does not limit the paid plan. No overage is billed automatically. Technical limits and provider availability still apply.
Cancellation and resumption
You can cancel online under My subscription, without a phone call or a required reason. By default, cancellation stops renewal and the paid plan ends on the displayed date. Immediate cancellation is also offered when available. Resuming only reactivates renewal for a still-current subscription. After a paid plan ends, only any remaining portion of the original trial is available. Cancellation, resumption or plan changes do not grant new trial credits. These terms do not remove any applicable legal cancellation, resolution or refund rights. To exercise a right or report an issue, email info@madetofit.ca.
Projects and manufacturing
Your projects remain private under MadeToFit’s existing access and retention rules. Cancellation does not publish your files. Printing, materials, shipping and other physical services are sold separately under their own terms.
